Class Schedules	Start Dates
** Clicker Class - Basic Manners for All Dogs: Age 14 weeks & up. Clicker training is the popular term for the training method based on what we know about how living organisms learn.  Research has shown that any creature—whether a dog, cat, dolphin, parrot, fish, horse, llama, or person—is more likely to learn and repeat actions that result in consequences it desires and enjoys. Clicker trainers provide consequences desired by their animal in exchange for actions or behaviors desired by their trainers. We call these consequences “rewards” and the process is called “reinforcement.” Clicker training is a positive-reinforcement-based system of training. Certified Instructor: Melanie Perrault from Melanie's Dog House- Londonderry, NH. Basic Manners for All Dogs: Age 17 weeks & up. A six week class that gives older pups & adult dogs an opportunity to learn Basic skills.  Sit, Down, Stay/Wait, Come, Watch Me, Leave it, Off, Trade/Drop and to walk on a loose lead. Pups will learn how to interact appropriately with other dogs during play.  This class has times of being off-leash where pups will learn obedience commands but also socialize with other dog's & their owner's. Puppy Kindergarten: For pups 8 weeks to 16 weeks.   Puppy Kindergarten is a six week class that gives puppies an opportunity to learn Basic skills.  Sit, Down, Stay/Wait, Come, Watch Me, Leave it, Off, Trade/Drop and to walk on a loose lead. Mighty Mites Puppy Socialization: For TOY BREED PUPS 9-16 weeks of age under 20 pounds. Basic techniques and allow puppies a chance to socialize with other people and animal's.  Puppies learn to play well with each other and to accept handling of their bodies, ears, faces and feet. Discuss chewing, biting, housetraining, crate training & work on basic manners. Fun Agility/Confidence Building - 6 week class. "Just for Fun Agility", A fun agility class for people who simply want a night of fun and exercise for their dog.  For dog's with advanced basic skills. Show Handling Classes:  Instruction to prepare you & your dog to compete in the Conformation ring. Covers ring procedures, gaiting patterns, appropriate leads and collars, stacking, baiting and handler presentation skills. There's a Baby on Board: Preparing Your Dog For Your New Baby! A one day seminar that aims to assist in helping expectant parents better prepare in bringing their new baby home to their dog(s). This is a human-only seminar.
